如果说西方国家对哪个东方国家领导人更感兴趣，想必金三胖算一个。他换个发型外 媒都能集体高潮，各种调侃都用上了。需要说明的是敏感的政治题材内容考研是不会涉及 的。但是今天我们看看金三胖（金正恩）的新发型，顺便领略一下歪国人的调侃能力，理 解一下歪国人的思路是很重要的！

CNN把金正恩的新发型称为象征着"权力"的发型。

amiright:这个单词原文就是这么写的，准确的说其实也不算是一个单词，就是 Am I right的简写。

这里一上来就调侃。“谁不喜欢新造型呢？新年新气象。我说的对么？”

And maybe that's what the reclusive leader of North Korea was going for when he modified his almost boyish over-the-top-flop to a higher, angular, more severe cut. The look first debuted at his New Year's address in January.

reclusive:adj (英文释义)A reclusive person or animal lives alone and deliberately avoids the company of others.

over-the-top-flop:关于over-the-top-flop我得多说两句，首先我没有直接查到这个合成词的意思。不过“越看越难受， 有点太过份了。”用一个美国习惯用语来说就是： it was over the top。Over就是在某个东西之上。 Top的意思是顶部， over the top就是超过顶部，那也就是太过份了。 比如一位家长在抱怨他女儿学校里的老师对待学生的方式。他会说 Of course, the students need to be disciplined, but what their teacher did was over the top. You cannot make thirteen year olds line up all afternoon in the hot sun. That's what they do to prisoners of war.当然有必要管教他们，但是他们的老师做得也太过份了。你不能让13岁的孩子整个下午都列队站在那么热的太阳底下。 这是对待战俘的做法。

flop:v (沉重、笨拙或不自主地)落下,移动,悬挂(Her hair flopped over her eyes.她的头发耷拉下来遮住了眼睛。);n 彻底失败。

那么我们现在就可以大概了解这个发型了，over-the-top-flop应该是说头发很丑的耷拉着

cut≈ haircut：发型 the style in which your hair is cut.

The resolution read by Kim at the meeting also called on party organizations to "conduct the organizational and political work in a fresh and viable（实际可行的） manner so that the officials, party members and working people may turn out as one with the revolutionary faith, fighting spirit and revolutionary pluck to devotedly carry out the teachings of Kim Jong Il and the party's policies under any condition."

Speaking of "pluck" -- Kim's eyebrows also apparently had a brush with the scissors, or tweezers. Recent photos show a much-abbreviated set atop a face that looks a little larger. Maybe the smaller eyebrows make it seem that way.
