1. 词：

   • Lip: n.嘴唇 。

   短语： my lips are sealed(嘴唇被封住了)我会保密的；on everyone‘s lips. 大家都在谈论。

   造句练习：Environmental protection is on everyone’s lips at the moment. (现在人人都在谈论环保)

   • Tight-lipped: adj.出言谨慎的；守口如瓶的

   • Psychology：心理学（psycho-前缀：心理；精神）；psychological 心理学的；psychologist：心理学家

   • 知道了心理，顺便来看看生理。前缀：physi- /phys-/ physio- 表示：物质的；身体的 Physical: adj身体的，物质的。 常见搭配：physical assets 实物资产（real estate房地产）; physical examination 体检（要是说body examination就丢人了)physiology：生理学；physiological：生理学的；physiologist：生理学家（还记得前几天的新闻中提到的一些表示人的后缀吧，-ist就是一个）

   • 提到生理学家我又想到了这么一个单词 Physician：内科医生（surgeon：外科医生；牙医怎么说 dentist/dental surgeon ）

   • 曾经见过一道作文模拟题是谈论整形的，那么整形手术是不是应该掌握？ plastic surgery（整形手术）。现在你可以现学现卖来造个句子：现在人人都在谈论整形手术。（可以放在作文第一段的第一句）。

2. 句：

   • It’s not （what you want in this world）, but（ what you get）.这句话是否定前面肯定后面。再来造个句子：你有什么复习资料不重要，重要的是掌握了什么。

   • It’s not what review information you have, but what you master

     but 作为介词，nothing but“只有，仅仅”he is nothing but a teacher ；anything but“一点也不”，he is anything but stupid ( 两个搭配的意思如何区分呢？其实but 还是表示一个转折，你是nothing but A,你什么也不是就是个A;你是anything but A 你是什么都不是A)，自己是这把上面的两句话翻译一下
